Jeff Grossman
Born and raised in Larchmont, New York, Jeff graduated from the State University
of New York at Albany in 1995 with a self-designed B.A. degree which he titled,
"Film as Dramatic Art".
After graduating, he worked in television commercial productions with such companies
as Shooting Stars Productions, Perretti Productions, and Boomerang Pictures in
New York City. In 2002, he worked behind-the-scenes for the 45th Annual
Grammy Awards. Later that year, he was juried into the Mamaroneck
Artists' Guild, to which he regularly contributes work. Currently, he is
a Marketing Representative for UMC Medical Consultants, P.C.
Jeff enjoys participating in local shows and events including the Historic
Harbor Street Fair , and designed a photographic tribute to Playland Park
in Rye, NY for their 75th Anniversary in 2003. He has had photographs published
in the International Library of Photography's, “Symphony of Color” and “Eye of
the Beholder” and has also designed postcards for local businesses.
Along with his photography, Jeff still has a passion for cinema and enjoys developing
screenplays, writing fictional works, and being immersed in the world of the
image.
Bob Grossman
Art and photography have been among Bob's main interests from his grade
school days in White Plains, NY to present. During that span he has
produced a variety of paintings and pencil-drawings in addition to the myriad
of photographs.
After graduating from the Philadelphia College of Art (now called University
of the Arts) in 1964 with a BA in Advertising, he joined the JCPenney Co. During
his 14 year career in its New York City corporate headquarters, his job responsibilities
ranged from layout artist to Art Director and photographer. He also spent two
years in the U.S. Army during that time, serving in Vietnam in 1968.
He formed is own design business in 1978 and has worked for clients in the travel
industry and the publishing business. Bob has received awards for book
jacket design and corporate communications materials.
With a particular passion for Jazz and New Orleans culture, his spare time is
spent listening to music and playing the clarinet.
Bob is a member of the Mamaroneck Artists' Guild, Mamaroneck Community Band,
Westchester Seniors Orchestra and the Pleasantville Fire Dept. Band.
